Two tools you need to help with your sales

If you’ve just started and are getting disheartened that it’s not filling up then don’t worry, we’re aiming to grow here. 


To stream line things further having the right tools is a great way to stay on top of things, however finding the right tools to help with your sales is not an easy task. There are a number of factors to consider – usability, features you need, integration, price, etc – price is a big one of course!

PipeDrive is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool that stands out from its competitors. Because PipeDrive in itself is so feature heavy, is also  has a mobile app which is great for me traveling in between clients. A lot of clients will come through your website so it’s a great way to just get that integrated straight over to Pipe Drive, chat to your web developer if you’re not sure.

Bottomline, PipeDrive remains to be the most intuitive and easy to use CRM tool I have used and value for money.

MailChimp is an email software designed for small businesses to keep up with larger ones. Top 3 reasons why MailChimp is an extraordinary tool for us as coaches and our business as personal trainers.

Monitor emails in one place

With MailChimp, you can send one email to many clients at a time. But unlike using other email software, Mailchimp allows you to track them.  It will show you sales that were generated from the email – which is pretty awesome.

Simple interface

 

MailChimp’s interface is one of the most well-designed. It’s user experience is simple and intuitive. This is why it’s recommended for small businesses, as it caters to beginning and veteran coaches alike. You can view all your important data in the Dashboard. Pages for your Campaigns, Lists, and Reports are also readily available on the Home page. 

 

It’s Free Forever – I mean – Bonus!

MailChimp has a Free Forever plan for a free account, while many other marketing programs give out only 15-30 day trials. The free version does have a limit. You can only send out 12,000 emails a month every month, but depending on your business size, 12,000 is already a hefty amount. If you think 12,000 isn’t enough, you can always upgrade to a plan for $30.00 a month. Which is more than enough for a personal trainer!

 

In conclusion, MailChimp and PipeDrive have become essential tools for any growing business. The tools are easy to use, accessible, and provide long-term benefits for your business.
